    Payroll procedure events

    Sparkrock 365 includes payroll procedure event functionality that can be set up to trigger specific payroll processing behavior.

    Payroll procedure events are set up automatically in Sparkrock 365 during an installation or update. To trigger the specific payroll processing behavior, you must send the procedure events to Primo Payday. You can complete the set up of procedure events on the Payroll Event Codes page.

    The following table includes information about the payroll procedure events that are available in Sparkrock 365.

    Code Description
    001 The value of Total Active FTE is based on the filters that are set in the payroll processing procedure.
    002 The value of Total Active FTE regardless of the filters that are set in the payroll processing procedure.
    003 The value of Total Contract Salary with FTE Applied is based on the filters that are set in the payroll processing procedure.
    004 The value of Total Contract Salary regardless of FTE is based on the filters that are set in the payroll processing procedure.
    005 The value of Per Pay Salary Amount with FTE Applied is based on the filters that are set in the payroll processing procedure.
    006 The value of Calendar Year-To-Date Earnings is based on the filters that are set in the payroll processing procedure.
    007 Employee CPT30 field value (0 = No and 1 = Yes).
    008 The No. of Consecutive Days Absent for the pay period.
    009 The FTE is based on the active employee assignment where all the following criteria is met:
    • The Calculation Start Date is less than or equal to the Pay Cycle End Date.
    • Calculation End Date is blank or is less than or equal to the Pay Cycle Start Date.
    • Work Period Code is Active.
    009-1 The FTE is based on the active employee assignment where all the following criteria is met:
    • The Calculation Start Date is less than or equal to the Pay Cycle End Date.
    • The Calculation End Date is blank or is less than or equal to the Pay Cycle Start Date.
    The Work Period Code does not have to be Active.
    010 The value of Hours/Week is based on the active employee assignment where all the following criteria is met:
    • The Calculation Start Date is less than or equal to the Pay Cycle End Date.
    • The Calculation End Date is blank or is less than or equal to the Pay Cycle Start Date.
    • The Work Period Code is Active.
    010-1 The value of Hours/Week is based on the active employee assignment where all the following criteria is met:
    • The Calculation Start Date is less than or equal to the Pay Cycle End Date.
    • The Calculation End Date is blank or is less than or equal to the Pay Cycle Start Date.
    The Work Period Code does not have to be Active.
    013 The value of the Amount field is determined based on where all the following criteria is met:
    • The Calculation Start Date is less than or equal to the Pay Cycle End Date.
    • The Calculation End Date is blank or is greater than or equal to the Pay Cycle Start Date.
    014 The value of the Hours/Week field is determined based on where all the following criteria is met:
    • The Calculation Start Date is less than or equal to the Pay Cycle End Date.
    • The Calculation End Date is blank or is greater than or equal to the Pay Cycle Start Date.
