mySparkrock user authentication
Provisioning mySparkrock user access is performed in the core Sparkrock 365 product. You associate an email address with mySparkrock users. User authentication is supported primarily through Microsoft Entra ID. For Sparkrock Cloud customers, as an alternative to using Microsoft Entra ID, authentication can be performed using the Google Gmail API. The Google Gmail API method cannot be used in SaaS implementations. Other authentication methods, including directly specifying user emails and passwords, are not supported.
