    Merge duplicate contacts

    When administering new vendor requests in Sparkrock 365, if you find that two or more duplicate contacts were inadvertently set up, you can merge these contacts.

    To merge duplicate contacts

    1. Choose Lightbulb that opens the Tell Me feature., enter new vendor requests, and then choose the related link. Alternatively, on the Purchasing Agent role center, under My Tasks, select the New Vendor Requests cue.

      The New Vendor Requests page opens.

    2. Select the record for which you want to merge the contact information, and then on the action bar, choose Manage > View.

      The New Vendor Request Card page opens.

    3. On the action bar, choose Actions > Functions > Merge With....

      The Merge Duplicate page opens.
