Mass process HR requests

To save you time, Sparkrock 365 provides the capability for you to mass process HR requests.

To mass process HR requests

  1. Choose Lightbulb that opens the Tell Me feature., enter batch process hr requests, and then choose the related link.

    The Batch Process HR Requests page opens.

  2. To have Sparkrock 365 process all steps for the HR requests, turn on Process All Steps.

  3. To have Sparkrock 365 move each HR request to the next status, turn on Move to Next Status.

  4. To filter the list of HR requests for which you want to perform mass processing, on the Filter: HR Request Header FastTab, specify the required filters.

  5. To proceed, choose OK.

    A dialog box appears that displays the following text:

    Are you sure you want to process <number> HR Requests?

  6. To proceed, choose Yes.
