Problems that are resolved in this maintenance update
The following problems are resolved in this maintenance update.
Finance and Procurement
| Description | |
|---|---|
| Sparkrock Impact incorrectly prevents you from turning on Blocked on the Fixed Asset Card page because of an invalid validation on a purchase order line. Blocking must only be prevented when there is an unposted purchase line on a purchase invoice that includes the fixed asset. |
| On the Purchase Invoice page, when a user repeats the Get Receipt Line or Get Receipt Lines by PO action, Sparkrock Impact continues to display previously selected receipt lines for selection, which may cause duplicate posted purchase receipt lines to be added to the purchase invoice. Sparkrock Impact duplicates posted purchase receipt lines. Previously selected lines must not be available for selection again. |
| In preparation for a future mySparkrock release, Sparkrock Impact requires changes to an API that shares budget check data. |
| The Allow Setup of Expense Attributes field on the User Setup page incorrectly controls whether users can view expense attribute fields on the Expense Claim page. This field must only control whether expense attribute fields can be configured on the Purchases & Payables Setup, Attributes - SRF Expense Type, and Attribute Values - Expense Type pages. |
| On the Expense Claim page, the Line Attributes FactBox does not include a horizontal scrollbar and the column widths cannot be adjusted. |
| On the Expense Claim page, the Line Attributes FactBox is missing Attribute and Value column heading captions. |
| Sparkrock Impact does not prevent users from submitting or approving expense claims that include blank expense attribute fields that have the Mandatory checkbox selected on the Attributes - SRF Expense Type page. |
| On the Expense Claim page, when you perform a lookup on an expense attribute field, Sparkrock Impact incorrectly displays previously entered values. Sparkrock Impact must only provide a lookup option when the Type is set to Option in the field setup. |
| When you update an expense attribute field name on the Attributes - SRF Expense Type page, Sparkrock Impact does not update the corresponding value on the Purchases & Payables Setup page. |
| In preparation for a future mySparkrock release, Sparkrock Impact requires changes to an API that shares expense attribute field and setup data. |
| Sparkrock Impact is missing the capability to select mileage rates based on effective dates. To learn more, go to New mileage rate functionality for distance-based expenses. |
HR Management
| Description | |
|---|---|
| For all HR requests that involve a leave, the calculation of Leave Hours/Day uses the Active FTE and Leave FTE values, which results in incorrect hours when the Active FTE is zero. Because the calculation multiplies by zero, the value for Leave Hours/Day is also zero. When the Active FTE is zero, Sparkrock Impact must use the Default Hours/Day from the position record when creating HR request leave cause records. |
| Sparkrock Impact incorrectly prevents you from creating a weekly work schedule from the Employee Attendance Plan page. |
