| When an employee has an assignment with benefits, and you process an additional assignment HR request for an assignment without benefits (Active FTE is blank) or a details change HR request for an existing assignment without benefits (Active FTE is blank), Sparkrock 365 automatically updates the Benefit Annual Salary to zero. To resolve this issue, when processing an additional assignment or details change HR request, Sparkrock 365 must update the Benefit Annual Salary only when the Active FTE and Amount on the assignment are not equal to 0.00. |
