Periodically, Sparkrock may publish maintenance updates between releases. This maintenance update replaces previously released updates. All maintenance updates are cumulative.

| When a transfer of files from internal storage to Azure Blob Storage is stopped, and then you perform the transfer again, Sparkrock 365 may not properly transfer attachments for some documents that share the same attachment. |
Finance and Procurement

| On a purchase requisition, when you add a line that has a Type of Item, Sparkrock 365 populates the Unit of Measure with the Purch. Unit of Measure from the respective item card instead of the Base Unit of Measure. |

| Sparkrock 365 requires the capability to manage charitable receipts that were created before the update to version 24.5 for Sparkrock 365 2024 release wave 1. For more information, go to New Charitable Receipt Archives list and report pages. |
HR Management

| When you load one-time payment lines into the compensation journal, Sparkrock 365 loads all one-time payment lines, instead of filtering the lines based on the HR Company Code and HR Pay Cycle Code that are defined on the compensation journal batch. |

| When you try to send email notifications for a training registration, Sparkrock 365 displays the following unnecessary error message: Cannot modify a record. Current connection intent is Read-Only. |

| On the Human Resources Manager role center, when you drill down into the Employees by Age chart, Sparkrock 365 displays Active and Terminated employees. Sparkrock 365 requires an update to display only employees who have a Status of Active. |
|
| On a change leave and return HR request, if you change the Calculation End Date on the leave assignment and the Calculation Start Date on the return assignment, Sparkrock 365 does not automatically update the Start Date and End Date on any respective assignment allowances. |

| On the Absence Requests page, when you delete an absence request, Sparkrock 365 automatically applies a filter for that absence request number. If you then try to delete more records, Sparkrock 365 does not save your changes. |
Payroll Administration

| When you update the Payment Date or Posting Date on the HR Pay Cycle Periods page, Sparkrock 365 automatically overrides the Default Calc. Formula on the Pay Cycle Periods page with the Batch Payroll Calculation from the Payroll Setup page. Sparkrock 365 requires an update to only populate the Default Calc. Formula on the Pay Cycle Periods page during an HR pay cycle periods synchronization if the value is blank. After a value is specified for Default Calc. Formula, Sparkrock 365 must no longer override the value. |

| On the Comparison Analysis report, Sparkrock 365 is displaying incorrect amounts. |
|
| On the Compensation Journal page, when you choose Related > Batch Payroll Processing, Sparkrock 365 displays all batches instead of only the one or more batches in which the documents were generated. Additionally, Sparkrock 365 requires updates to ensure that users can only choose the Batch Payroll Processing action when there are related unposted payroll batches. |
