    Finance and Procurement

    Case Number Description
CAS-11971-C3M5M6 In the T4A XML file, in the T4ASummary section, in the T4A_TAMT subsection, Sparkrock 365 is reporting incorrect amounts for some boxes and is not reporting values for other boxes.PD-2738

    HR Management

    Case Number Description
Not applicable Sparkrock 365 requires code changes that involve adding an event to the British Columbia pension report load lines functionality. For more information about events, see Events in AL.PD-4697
Not applicable When all the following conditions exist, Sparkrock 365 does not create an absence request and displays the unnecessary error HR Emp. Assignment Entry No. must have a value in Absence Request: No.=<absence request no.>. It cannot be zero or empty.:
    • On the Advanced HR Setup page, Role-Based Absences is turned on.
    • An employee has multiple HR assignments.
    • You try to make a shift vacant, where Mark Absent is turned on and you specify a valid cause of absence code.PD-4654
Not applicable The mySparkrock Production field on the mySparkrock Companies page has the same function as the External Production field on the Companies page. Also, the tooltips for these fields are missing information. To eliminate the duplication and improve clarity, Sparkrock 365 requires the following changes:
    • Hide the mySparkrock Production field from the default view of the mySparkrock Companies page. If required, the field can still be made visible using the personalization feature.
    • On the Companies page, rename the External Production field to mySparkrock Production.
    • Update the tooltip of the mySparkrock Production field to indicate that Sparkrock 365 uses this field to identify the company to reference the mySparkrock solution setup when determining whether users can select French as a language option in mySparkrock.PD-4632
Not applicable During processing of a new hire HR request, Sparkrock 365 is incorrectly setting the default value of the Seniority Date field on the Employee Card page to be the same value as the Effective Date field of the HR request, even though on the Advanced HR Setup page, Set Default Seniority Date is turned off. When Set Default Seniority Date is turned off, after Sparkrock 365 processes a new hire HR request, the default value of the Seniority Date field must be blank.PD-4554
Not applicable On the British Columbia pension report and the British Columbia pension report worksheet, when calculating the value for Pensionable Service for Teachers Pension Plan (TPP) records, Sparkrock 365 must use different calculations depending on whether the respective HR pay cycle has a Type of Biweekly.
When the HR pay cycle Type is not equal to Biweekly, Sparkrock 365 must perform the following calculation:
Pensionable Service = Days Worked in Pay Period / No. of Days in Pay Period
Alternatively, when the HR pay cycle Type is equal to Biweekly, Sparkrock 365 must perform the following calculation:
Pensionable Service = (Days Worked in Pay Period / No. of Days in Pay Period) x (Employment Duration Type / Total Pay Periods)
For more information, see British Columbia Pension Report Worksheet Column Mappings and Calculations.PD-4349
