| While creating a purchase requisition or payment request, if you type a value in the Vendor Name field, Sparkrock 365 displays a list of potential vendors. When there are two or more vendors with the same name and you try to select a vendor other than the first vendor, Sparkrock 365 automatically populates the value for Vendor No. based on the first vendor. Sparkrock 365 must populate the value for Vendor No. based on the vendor that you select. |

| Sparkrock 365 allows approvers to approve shifts that have a Validation Status of Validation Required. Sparkrock 365 requires a change so that approvers can only approve shifts that have a Validation Status of Validated. |
