HR Management

| To prevent an unnecessary error, Sparkrock 365 requires a change to the HR request functionality. |

| Sparkrock 365 requires a change for a scenario where a rehire HR request is being processed, and on the Employee Card page, Blocked from Payroll is turned on. When Sparkrock 365 processes a rehire HR request, Sparkrock 365 must turn off Blocked from Payroll and display the following message: Processing this request will unblock the employee from Payroll. The employee can be paid from the Calculation Start Date onwards. |
Reporting and Analytics
