Periodically, Sparkrock may publish maintenance updates between releases. This maintenance update replaces previously released updates. All maintenance updates are cumulative.
Problems that are resolved in this maintenance update
The following problems are resolved in this maintenance update.
Platform

| Sparkrock 365 and mySparkrock are not processing approvals for purchase documents and finance requests correctly. When you send a purchase document or finance request for approval, a dialog box appears that displays a message stating the document has been automatically approved. After you choose OK, another dialog box appears that displays the following message: No approval requests exist. |
Finance and Procurement

| On the Chart of Accounts page, the tooltip for the Commitments field requires an update so that the field displays the following text: Specifies that this amount includes Finance Requests in status Pending Approval and Approved. |

HR Management

Reporting and Analytics

| On the Reporting and Analytics Report Overview page, when you choose Actions > Print, and then on the Reporting and Analytics Print page, you choose Download, the data on the exported Excel document starts on column B, instead of column A. |

| On the Reporting and Analytics Report Overview page, when you choose Report > Export to Excel (Data Only) to export data to Excel, Sparkrock 365 ignores the security filter settings that are set up on the respective mySparkrock User Setup Card page. |
