| Sparkrock 365 requires a change so that Sparkrock 365 automatically approves finance requests and purchase documents when there are no applicable approval rules, and no backstop approval group is set up. When Sparkrock 365 does not find an approver, and on the Finance Approval Setup page, Self Approval is set to Always or If No Other Approver Exists, Sparkrock 365 is to automatically approve the document. Alternatively, when Sparkrock 365 does not find an approver, and Self Approval is set to Never, Sparkrock 365 is to display the following error: No eligible approvers found for this document. Check Approval rules and Backstop approval group on Finance Approval Setup. |

| When you release a purchase order, the following unnecessary error occurs: The Purchase Header does not exist. Identification fields and values: Document Type='Order',No.='PO-######' |

| When a purchase requisition has lines with different vendors, and you create a purchase order for one of the lines, the Status of the purchase requisition changes to Approved, instead of remaining in an In-Progress state. Sparkrock 365 requires a cue on respective role centers for purchase requisition lines that are in an In-Progress state. Also, on the Purchase Requisition Lines page, Sparkrock 365 requires a view for lines that are in an In-Progress state. |
