Issue a cash receipt

After you create a cash receipt, you can release, and then print or email the cash receipt.

To release and print a cash receipt

1. Choose , enter cash receipts, and then choose the related link.

   The Cash Receipts page opens.

2. Select the cash receipt that you want to release and print, and then on the action bar, choose View.

   The Cash Receipt Card page opens.

3. On the action bar, choose Home > Release & Print.

To release and email a cash receipt

1. Choose , enter cash receipts, and then choose the related link.

   The Cash Receipts page opens.

2. Select the cash receipt that you want to release and email, and then on the action bar, choose View.

   The Cash Receipt Card page opens.

3. On the action bar, choose Home > Release & Email.

   The Email Processing Cash Receipt page opens.

4. On the Options FastTab, if you want to include the report sent and display a preview before sending the email, turn on Include Report Sent.

5. Specify filters as required.

6. Choose OK.

   If Include Report Sent is turned off, a PDF is emailed to the vendor. Otherwise, if Include Report Sent is turned on, the Sparkrock 365 - Cash Receipt page opens and you must perform the following steps:

   1. Review and if required, update the To and Subject fields.
   2. Perform one of the following steps:
      • To send the email using the predefined template text, on the action bar, choose Send Email.
      • To customize the message, update the message, and then on the action bar, choose Send Email.
   3. When you are finished, choose Close.

   Sparkrock 365 emails a PDF copy of the report to the vendor.
