Delete a payment request

If required, payment requests with a Status of Open can be deleted.

When you delete a payment request, Sparkrock 365 cancels and removes the selected payment request from the list of requests.

Note:
The Delete action is only available before users have submitted a request. To delete a payment request that has a Status of Pending Approval, you must cancel the approval request, and then perform the deletion.

To delete a Payment Request

  1. Choose Lightbulb that opens the Tell Me feature., enter payment requests, and then choose the related link.

    The Payment Requests page opens.

  2. Select the payment request that you want to delete, and then on the action bar, choose Manage > Delete.
