Delete a company from Azure Blob Storage

When you no longer require a company, you can delete the company from Azure Blob Storage.

Note:
When a user deletes a company, there is no difference in the user experience based on whether Sparkrock 365 is set up to store companies in Azure Blob Storage or the default Sparkrock 365 database.

To delete a company from Azure Blob Storage

  1. Choose Lightbulb that opens the Tell Me feature., enter companies, and then choose the related link.

    The Companies page opens.

  2. Select the company that you want to delete, and then on the action bar, choose Delete.

    A dialog box appears that displays the following text:

    Go ahead and delete?

  3. To proceed, choose Yes.

    A dialog box appears that displays the following text:

    Do you want to delete the company <name>?

    Do you want to continue?

  4. To proceed, choose Yes.

    A dialog box appears that displays the following text:

    You are about to permanently delete the company <name>.

    Do you want to continue?

  5. To proceed, choose Yes.

    The company data is deleted from Azure Blob Storage.
