Cancel a purchase requisition
Purchase requisitions with a Status of Open and for which you are the requestor or a designated alternate can be cancelled.
When you cancel a purchase requisition, Sparkrock Impact keeps the purchase requisition in the list of requests. A cancelled request cannot be deleted.

Note:
A request with the Status of Pending Approval must be changed to Open before being cancelled.
To cancel a purchase requisition
Select Search (Alt+Q)
, enter purchase requisitions, and then choose the related link.The Purchase Requisitions page opens.
Select the purchase requisition that you want to cancel, and then on the action bar, choose Home > Cancel.
