Cancel a purchase requisition

Purchase requisitions with a Status of Open and for which you are the requestor or a designated alternate can be cancelled.

When you cancel a purchase requisition, Sparkrock 365 keeps the purchase requisition in the list of requests. A cancelled request cannot be deleted.

Note:
A request with the Status of Pending Approval must be changed to Open before being cancelled.

To cancel a purchase requisition

  1. Choose Lightbulb that opens the Tell Me feature., enter purchase requisitions, and then choose the related link.

    The Purchase Requisitions page opens.

  2. Select the purchase requisition that you want to cancel, and then on the action bar, choose Home > Cancel.
