Cancel a payment request
Payment requests with a Status of Open and for which you are the requestor or a designated alternate can be cancelled.
When you cancel a payment request, Sparkrock 365 keeps the payment request in the list of requests. A cancelled request cannot be deleted.

Note:
A request with the Status of Pending Approval or Approved must be changed to Open before being cancelled.
To cancel a payment request
Choose
, enter payment requests, and then choose the related link.The Payment Requests page opens.
Select the payment request that you want to cancel, and then on the action bar, choose Home > Cancel.
