Block a mySparkrock user from signing up in all companies
On the mySparkrock User Setup Card page, you can turn on Blocked to prevent a mySparkrock user from signing up in all companies.
To prevent a mySparkrock user from signing up in all companies
Select Search (Alt+Q)
, enter mysparkrock user setups, and then choose the related link.The mySparkrock user Setups page opens.
Select the user that you want to block, and then on the action bar, choose Manage > Edit.
The mySparkrock User Setup Card page opens.
On the General FastTab, turn on Blocked.
Blocked field on the mySparkrock User Setup Card when processing new hire or rehire HR requests
When you are processing new hire or rehire HR requests, Sparkrock Impact provides the capability for you to control whether Sparkrock Impact turns the Blocked field on the mySparkrock User Setup Card page on or off by default.
To set the default setting for the Blocked field on the mySparkrock User Setup Card page
Select Search (Alt+Q)
, enter advanced hr setup, and then choose the related link.The Advanced HR Setup page opens.
Perform one of the following steps:
To have the Blocked field on the mySparkrock User Setup Card page turned on by default, turn on Block MySparkUser On HRRequest.
To have the Blocked field on the mySparkrock User Setup Card page turned off by default, turn off Block MySparkUser On HRRequest.
