Assign a qualification to an HR position

After qualifications codes are created, you can assign them to an HR position.

To assign a qualification to an HR position

1. Choose , enter hr positions, and then choose the related link.

   The HR Positions page opens.

2. Select the HR position for which you want to assign a qualification, and then on the action bar, choose Manage > View.

   The HR Position Card page opens.

3. On the action bar, choose Related > Qualification/Training.

   The HR Position Qualifications/Trainings page opens.

4. For each record that you want to assign, perform the following steps:

   1. On the action bar, choose New.
      A new row appears.
   2. In Qualification Code, specify the code that represents the qualification that you want to assign.
   3. Specify values for other fields as required.
