Assign a pay grid to an HR position class

After you have set up pay grids, you can assign a pay grid to an HR position class.

To assign a pay grid to an HR position class

  1. Choose Lightbulb that opens the Tell Me feature., enter hr position classes, and then choose the related link.

    The HR Position Classes page opens.

  2. Select the HR position class to which you want to assign a pay grid, and then on the action bar, choose Manage > Edit.

    The HR Position Class Card page opens.

  3. In Pay Grid Code, specify the code that represents the pay grid that you want to assign to this HR position class.
