Assign a financial analysis data set to a mySparkrock user

Sparkrock 365 provides the capability for you to define the one or more mySparkrock users that can use a financial analysis data set.

To assign a financial analysis data set to a mySparkrock user

  1. Choose Lightbulb that opens the Tell Me feature., enter data sets, and then choose the related link.

    The Data Sets page opens.

  2. Select the data set that you want to assign to a mySparkrock user, and then on the action bar, choose User Data Sets.

    The mySparkrock User Data Sets page opens.

  3. On the action bar, choose New.

    A new row appears.

  4. In mySparkrock User No., specify the user number of the user for which you want to grant access to the data set.

    Sparkrock 365 automatically populates the value in Data Set Code based on the data set that you selected.

  5. Specify values for other fields as required.
