Trial Balance (report)
The Trial Balance report shows general ledger (G/L) accounts with a balance at date, and the net change over a period you specify.
You can filter the report by dimensions.
The report also includes subtotaling accounts, and you can configure it to show figures in the additional reporting currency (ACY).
Use cases
View a snapshot of your chart of accounts at a given point to check the debit and credit net change and closing balance.
Use the report to verify the accuracy of your financial data by ensuring that debits and credits balance. Businesses typically use the report at the end of an accounting period to prepare financial statements and assess their financial health.
