    The Purchases by Purchaser report provides a detailed overview of purchasing activities for each purchaser. The report lets you analyze the item categories and items that each purchaser buys most frequently, and how much they spent.

    Use the report

    The report is especially useful for purchasing managers and purchasers.

    Purchasing managers can easily identify top purchasers and track their purchasing trends over time using the Purchases by Vendor report. This information can help you make informed decisions about future purchasing activities and optimize purchasing strategies.

    Purchaser can use this report to monitor purchasing activities, including purchase amounts and quantities. This report also shows the items you bought the most and how they contribute to overall spending. This information can help you make good decisions about future purchases.

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

    The Purchases by Purchaser report includes the following KPIs and measures:

    • Purchase Amount
    • Purchase Quantity
    • % GT Purchase Amount
    • % GT Purchase Quantity
